On a global scale, some studies indicate that average IQ scores in sub-Saharan Africa may be even lower, sometimes approaching figures around 70. It is crucial to understand that these variations are influenced by a few factors, mainly, in my opinion, are black people who adhere to the destructive subculture that has been erroneously accepted as “black culture” will indeed have a low IQ as this subculture isn’t inclined towards the promotion of education or anything of significant intelligence. Unfortunately this includes too many black people in predominantly black neighborhoods across the country.
