Isn't it interesting that $GFS launched its SCOPE CPO platform last month, but $SIVE (despite the previous years of work with GlobalFoundaries Silicon Photonics Unit) hasn't been included in it yet, but now $SIVE and GFS will "develop advanced silicon photonics solutions"

Or call Anders Storm who is misrepresenting the GlobalFoundaries x $SIVE relationship. This relationship is not new, and $GFS Silicon Photonics Vice President was a speaker at $SIVE Capital Markets Day in 2023! Anders should know that: he was there.

$SIVE depends on investors believing what pumpers claim, and the pumpers depend on $SIVE dangling vague claims to keep buyers hooked. The pattern is the product, not the lasers. Keubiko's Law applies: the nastier the touts, the worse the company.

$SIVE exec who runs the Wireless segment (69% of revenue) casually dumped 1.4M shares for SEK 100M ($10.4M) on the same day $SIVEF released earnings. Let's see how the pumpers & the company spin this one. Probably: "Wireless doesn't matter, Photonics is the growth story." LOL

$SIVE & GlobalFoundries $GFS have a partnership since 2021. It's even in the annual reports. This is literally just another press release pump for a "development partnership." Remember, Ayar Labs development partnership was announced in 2023...and still no volume by now...

Caught red-handed, $SIVE management rewrote the revenue recognition policy. $SIVEF can now book revenue the moment raw materials hit its OWN warehouse, before any shipment, before any customer involvement.

The restatement wasn't a US-listing upgrade. The auditor caught $SIVE violating its own revenue policy. Deloitte's audit fees jumped 7x in 2025, from SEK 1.76M to SEK 12.27M, on a company whose business complexity didn't change. $SIVEF
