Three Vereeniging SAPS Officers Arrested for Alleged Bribery: Three police officers,aged 27, 46, and 50 were arrested in Evaton, Vaal, for allegedly accepting a R1000 bribe to unlawfully release an undocumented foreign national from custody. The accused, Sergeant Monyane Booyzen Lebeko, Constable Mmarena Malasenya, and Reservist Sergeant Peter Easyboy Machama Kumalo, have appeared in court and were granted bail.

South Africa 🇿🇦 will provide about 30 million rand/maloti (around $1.6 million ) in humanitarian support to Lesotho 🇱🇸.
President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the funding from the African Renaissance Fund.
It will support HIV and tuberculosis programmes in Lesotho as global aid declines.
The support also strengthens cooperation between the two countries in health, water, and infrastructure development.

Gogo Mafati Elizabeth Nxumalo is 90 years old. She received her title deed as part of an accelerated programme to deliver titles deeds to residents in New Eesterus. We visited her today.
The Department of Housing and Human Settlements has delivered 1 700 title deeds in the current financial year. Residents of Mabopane, Winterveld and G-Rankuwa have benefited from the programme that aims to undo historical injustice. @maluksa @CityTshwane

She has been fighting for this country since 2019.
For 7 years now Operation Dudula has done amazing work across the country.
Over the years she has faced insults, physical threats, death threats, has been targeted by political parties, NGO's and the media...but still kept pushing every single day.
She deserves a small token of appreciation from those who recognize their work ✨️❤️🇿🇦
