The streaming world is a toxic one. Albeit I have made some great friends through twitch, it's a selfish world. People will choose the people who can give them something in the future toward their goals, and not friendship. That sucks. Can't we work together instead of against?

@TheLindenbaum75 I have never done it for money because I know how unrealistic that is for me. I understand people want to make it but they lose themselves in the process. It sucks, but it is what it is.

@NuggetFlump I think the pandemic really brought out an ugly side for Twitch as everyone was looking to make money anyway they could. I know I thought like that for a bit, but then just had to reassess the priorities when it came to it.

@NuggetFlump It's why I left a lot of discord communities. It's all driven by false narratives.I stream because I want to have a good time and entertain people. Plus at the end of the day, it's a hobby. It's meant to be fun.
