@nyrr I am tracking a runner at the RBC Brooklyn half, but I can’t see their location. When I click “track on map” it shows the map, but no runner.

While this race is non-refundable, we are offering you the opportunity to receive value for your race entry and to run a free race on Saturday, February 21 at 9:00 a.m. in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. This will be The NYRR Gridiron 5K Presented by The FLAG Art Foundation.

In consultation with our agency partners, due to the forecasted extreme cold temperatures (wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero) and the city’s enhanced Code Blue status this weekend, we have canceled Sunday's NYRR Gridiron 4M Presented by The FLAG Art Foundation.

The NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub will be closed on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26 due to inclement weather.

Additionally due winter weather this weekend, all NYRR Group Training, Team for Kids practice, and NYRR Open Runs are canceled for Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25. The NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub will be closed on Sunday, January 25.

In consultation with our City agency partners, due to the forecasted winter weather this weekend, we have decided to cancel Sunday’s NYRR Fred Lebow Half Marathon. Registered runners, please check your email for resolution options.

All Open Run sessions on Sunday, December 28, are canceled due to snow and ice.

I am witnessing one of the largest data fails for the #tcsnycmarathon and @nyrr and I’m kind of flabbergasted. The marathon tracking app has crashed. The website has crashed. The infrastructure is completely overwhelmed. This was literally better in *2008*. WTF NYRR?

I hope what @TCS produces for their clients is better than their @nyrr app for the NYC marathon. This app is terrible: slow, clunky, dropping tracked runners, dropping video feeds.

Really beyond pathetic shit from the @nyrr with the nyc marathon tracking app. People travel in from all over the world to watch and follow family and the entire thing is a useless mess. One day a year. F- stuff.
