Brad Melendez passed away on Friday, July 21st, at his Pleasant Grove, Utah home. He was diagnosed with lung cancer 17 weeks ago and decided to forego treatments and live a quality life as long as possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with Brad's family and friends.
