Lucy leant there as she was a little bit swaying, as she just picked up her glass and downed the next shot whilst thinking.
“Nope, I’m gonna win.” She teased with a giggle, watching him for a moment. “Hmm..”

"can you think?" he questioned, a slight brow arch as he focused on her. his head tilted slightly, arms resting against the counter. "can just back out and let me win." he grinned.

“Oh, I do say.” She smirked as she gazed at him, as she also poured another one as she cleared her throat.
“Hmm, let me think.” She teased as she leant there, feeling a little buzzed already, but that maybe because of lack of sleep lately.

"so you say." he hummed, pouring himself another. he tapped his fingers against the counter. "you pick what we do now." he murmured, giving her the reigns.

Lucy listened as she nodded a little, clearing her throat as she giggled a little. She just poured herself another one and downed it.

"i've been in the back of a poIice car a few times. i was reckless in my youth. did a lot of things to get my parents' attention." he forced a chuckle. "not going into details though." so he opted to take the shot.

Lucy smirked with a teasing look as she placed the glass down on the table as she shrugged a little.

"oh," his eyebrows lifting, blue eyes steady on her. "now i’m curious." he spoke quietly, a smile forming. his tongue clicked against the roof of his mouth. his gaze narrowed gently. "i can't picture it."

Lucy looked at him as she listened, she couldn’t help but laugh nervously as she debated on answering or taking a shot.
“Erm.” She just picked the glass up and downed the shot, with a smirk.

he hummed, digits drumming against the counter. "have you ever done anything illegaI?" he questioned, looking at her. "and not on the line of duty, like you had to for the job. before you were an officer." he clarified. just in case.

"won't be me. i went hard in my early twenties. age is nothing but a number." he chuckled, shaking his head gently as he reached for the bottle. "another for good luck?" a single brow arched. he's pouring two shots.

"you think so?" he questioned, a smile forming. he adored that compliment because he did put his entire life into being a firefighter. he chuckled, nodding as he took the shot glass, downing it with more ease than he thought.
