On Veterans Day, the trucking industry salutes the brave men and women who defended our nation and our freedoms. The trucking industry is proud to be a source of good jobs for veterans, where they can begin the next chapter of their service to our country.

The holiday season is upon us, and trucking helps to make it special. From meals with family and friends to finding the perfect gift, each of these moments is made possible by hardworking drivers and others in the trucking industry.

OTA and ODOT wrapped up our celebration of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week in Woodburn, where we thanked drivers on I-5 for their service to our state and our region and for keeping Oregon's economy moving. Don't forget to thank a trucker this week and every week!
