@oyorooms Booked a room via @oyorooms on 4th April at Hotel Bidya Vihar, Patna, but was denied check-in because it was on offer. Staff also misbehaved. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Need immediate action and refund.

@OYO4U @riteshagar Despite your earlier message claiming the concerns for booking ID **NAPA8542** have been “addressed”, the issues are **still not resolved**. Here’s fresh proof from the room right now — poor maintenance, exposed wiring, missing TV mount, dirty walls, and overall substandard condition exactly as I complained earlier. Nothing has improved. Please stop the scripted replies and escalate this immediately for a proper resolution (refund + compensation). I’m attaching the latest photo for your records. #OYO #CustomerServiceFail

@OYO4U Still no issues have been resolved for Booking ID **NAPA8542**. I received a call as you mentioned, but no proper solution was provided. The room and washroom remain filthy, the TV is still not working, basic facilities are missing, and nothing has been fixed at the property. Please treat this as urgent escalation and resolve the matter immediately.
