@AllCristina2 @KabiPlays Sonic superstars was also release in between Spiderman and Mario wonder. It needed that long term plan Also, I dunno, I just don't think bad faith marketing sells your game to fans of both products. Specially when sonic tends to sell better on Nintendo consoles long term

@Oatchi3dworld @KabiPlays This doesn't make sense tbh. Sonic x Shadow gens used Sony, and it did great. Repeat sales are great too. Sonic Superstars was for Nintendo and disappointed in its first year, too.

SEGA should have let Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds be its own thing and let the marketing reflect that. Instead, they decided it was best to take cheap shots at Mario Kart. MK is the biggest kart racer. It has a hell of a lot of fans who will most likely not buy your new game.

Mind you, these bums gave Switch 2 a 7/10 simply for being a better Switch. They gave the Steam Cube more grace when it infact can get smoked by base PS5 and XSX for less 💀

@KabiPlays Exactly. Their whole "we are the Mario kart killer" just made Nintendo fans (their biggest market) not buy the game at launch They also used Sony and state of play for marketing instead of stuff like Nintendo directs, which was pretty weird Lack of voice acting also hurts tbh

A father buys Halo: Campaign Evolved on the family PS5 with the intention of playing the advertised split screen co-op with his son. He immediately discovers upon booting the game that he needs to purchase a PS Plus subscription for not only himself, but also a second PS Plus subscription on a second account for his son so that they can play the campaign together side by side in the living room on the couch after purchasing a $50 game with no multiplayer. Read that again, let it sink in and then understand that this is all true and was posted on the official Halo website earlier today.
