Expose: How Isaac Was Smuggled into Genesis 22:2 Ever since I refuted Burmawy, several of those lads have been running their mouth in the comment section saying Isaac was the one explicitly mentioned in Genesis 22:2. Even when I made them understand that the chronological timeline could not have supported Isaac, because Ishmael was the only child at that specific point in history. Why? Because Ishmael was born fourteen years before Isaac. By simple logic, the only time Abraham ever had an only son was before Isaac was even born, when Ishmael was his single child. Unfortunately, they still chose to wallow in complete ignorance. Now, I want to burst their bubble. And I say this: if you want to refute me, come with facts. I don’t entertain abuse. First of all, I want to expose the: Timeline of the Vandalism: Who Did It and When? I make bold to say that the —(em dash) that incorporated Isaac in Genesis 22:2 is smuggled. I owe no one any apology for this. In fact, the editing was not a single, clean event. It was a centuries-long political project. Mainstream biblical scholarship completely exposed the lies and falsehoods through a process called: Documentary Hypothesis. This terminology is popularized by the renowned nineteenth-century German scholar Julius Wellhausen. Modern academic theologians agree that the Torah was not written as a single, uninterrupted document by Moses. Instead, it is a messy compilation of at least four distinct source documents written by different political factions over hundreds of years. They are: J (the Yahwist), E (the Elohist), D (the Deuteronomist), and P (the Priestly source). Just so you know that: the story of the sacrifice in Genesis 22 comes predominantly from the E source (written around the 8th century BCE in the Northern Kingdom of Israel) and was later heavily reworked by priestly editors (the Redactors) during and after the Babylonian Exile in the 6th century BCE. Why did they do it then? During the Babylonian Exile, the Jewish people had lost their land, their temple, and their sovereignty. To survive as a distinct ethnic identity, the elite Levitical priests needed to draft a fiercely exclusive, nationalistic document. They needed a text that proved only their specific lineage held a monopoly on God's covenant. Ishmael, who settled in the wilderness of Paran (Arabia) and fathered the Arab tribes, represented the foreign nations outside their borders. Dr. Richard Elliott Friedman, the Havard scholar in his book, "Who Wrote the Bible?" laid out the exact mechanics of how the elite Levitical priesthood (the Priestly source, or P) and the subsequent Redactors systematically reworked the older texts during and after the Babylonian Exile. He documented how they injected fiercely nationalistic, exclusive, and lineage-focused laws and stories into the older Genesis narratives specifically to preserve their distinct ethnic identity and territorial claims after losing their land to Babylon. In fact, based on archeological data, Dr. Israel Finkelstein in his book: "The Bible Unearthed" showed through direct archaeological data that the stories of the Patriarchs were heavily edited and retrofitted during the late Judean monarchy and the Babylonian Exile. He explicitly stated that these texts were written not as objective history, but as an ideological, political manifesto to serve the immediate territorial and theological survival goals of the Jerusalem elite. Their main goal is to keep the spiritual and political inheritance strictly localized within their own tribal territory. This is why the redactors systematically went through the texts, downplayed Ishmael as a "wild donkey of a man" born of a slave, and pushed Isaac to the front of the line as the exclusive child of promise. I have another AK-47 proof and evidence here. If you guys don’t calm down, I will release it. lol 😂 Allah knows best.

Dear @DanBurmawy, I made a promise I won’t go hard on anybody today because apparently today is our Eid Celebration. But, Burmawi won’t let me. Your entire argument is a classic display of profound historical and textual ignorance, built on a desperate attempt to sound deep while completely misrepresenting both the Bible and the historical record. You call the Islamic position theological vandalism. Really? Funnily, you do not even realize you are defending a text that biblical scholars themselves have flagged for centuries as a compromised, heavily edited document. First of all, let me start with the unforgivable textual contradiction in Genesis 22:2, where your text says, "Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac." Burmawi, anyone with a basic sense of logic can see the glitch here. Isaac was never, at any point in his life, Abraham’s only son. Ishmael was born fourteen years before Isaac. The only time Abraham ever had an "only son" was before Isaac was even born, when Ishmael was his single child. This is not even an Islamic argument; this is standard, objective biblical scholarship. Top Western theologians and textual critics, such as Dr. T.C. Mitchell (former Keeper of Western Asiatic Antiquities at the British Museum) and the renowned biblical scholar Dr. Robert Alter, have written extensively on how the Hebrew word Yachid (only/unique) in this text is completely irreconcilable with Isaac's historical position. The text explicitly demands a firstborn who was an only child for a period, which historically fits nobody but Ishmael. What you are reading is a clear case of later scribal interpolation, where later writers crossed out Ishmael's name and inserted Isaac to serve a nationalistic, tribal narrative. Unfortunately for them, they completely forgot to fix the "only son" blunder they left in the verse. lol 😂 Again, your attempt to reduce Ishmael to a mistake of "human performance" completely exposes your ignorance of the Old Testament itself. In Genesis 16:11, it is the Angel of the Lord who commands Hagar to name the child Ishmael, which means "God hears." God does not name mistakes. Also, in Genesis 17:20, God explicitly says, "And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation." Dr. John Van Seters, a biblical historian noted here that the promises of greatness and covenant blessings given to Ishmael in the text run completely parallel to those given to Isaac. Therefore, calling Ishmael a product of mere human scheming is a direct contradiction of the very scripture you are trying to preach from. Let me also say that your reliance on Paul’s allegory in Galatians 4 to frame Ishmael as "the law and bondage" is a big chronological leap. Paul was simply writing an ideological polemic in the first century to convince a Roman-era audience to abandon Jewish legalism. So, using a first-century rhetorical allegory to rewrite a historical event that happened two thousand years before is not scholarship; it is a desperate theological spin, and that shows how ignorant and mischievous you are. Burmawi, note this: The Islamic narrative did not hijack or distort anything. Okay? It simply restored the story to its logical, geographical, and historical truth. Abraham was asked to sacrifice his firstborn, the child of his lonely old age, in absolute submission. You exchanged the historical firstborn for a younger son to fit your tribal exclusivity. Then you wrapped it in flowery language about “grace” versus “works” to hide the factual error. Next time you want to accuse an entire civilization of theological vandalism, try reading your own book with the lights on first. I hope this clears your mischief. Allah knows best.

Heavy rain started falling in Oyo State from 1am till around past 4:30a.m If the same intense downpour happened where the kidnapped students and teachers are currently being held, it means they’ve been exposed to that heavy rain for over three hours straight. That also means the 2 year old child was also soaked and helpless under the merciless rain. God, please have mercy. 💔💔

So, the Federal Government has now committed over N1.3 trillion to strategic roads, bridges, and transport infrastructure across the South East, and the habitual critics of President Tinubu are suddenly mute and tongue-tied. Why has this monumental investment in South East infrastructure been deliberately suppressed by those who spend every waking hour attacking Tinubu? The projects are massive and truly transformational. 2nd Niger Bridge Access Road, Enugu - Onitsha Expressway, Enugu - Port Harcourt Expressway, 9th Mile – Obollo Afor – Oturkpo Road Dualisation Project, and the already approved priority rail corridor linking Onitsha, Owerri, Aba, and Ikot Ekpene, although I don't understand the non-inclusion of the vital Onitsha – Enugu – Abakaliki corridor yet. These are ongoing federal commitments backed with trillions of naira. Now let us ask a simple question. What comparable infrastructure did past federal administrations, most especially under the PDP, build in the South East? Even under Jonathan and the accursed PDP era, many of these federal roads became death traps, while empty promises and tokenism replaced real development. President Tinubu has, in less than 3 years, demonstrated more practical commitment to unlocking the economic potential of the South East than many past administrations combined. From roads to rail, MSME financing to education support, the evidence is there for all honest people to see. Critics should stop the propaganda and answer one question honestly. Which previous federal administration invested this heavily and this strategically in South East infrastructure? Please name the projects and educate me. It is now obvious to me that these people who claim to love the South East more than the rest of us are intensely averse to any news of Tinubu's investments in the South East. What they want is a narrative that Tinubu is neglecting and marginalizing the South East, so that their ceaseless attacks will be justified, even though the people of the South East would bear the brunt of such neglect. What type of wicked politics is that?

Now, let's flip the coin a bit. 😊 Bayo Onanuga asked the FG to prosecute VDM over the dissemination of a fake audio of president Tinubu. Well, now that it has been proven that the fake video was not from VDM, I hope Bayo Onanuga is now ready to face the punishment for false accusations and disseminating a fake audio of the president. You know, no be who first call police dey win case.
