@troiaas Granted I realize I’m an able-bodied person so maybe my world-view just differs too greatly from someone with a disability. I’m trying to be open-minded here but not really getting much more than a “nuh-uh”.

@troiaas If anyone used brolylegs’ story solely to hinder inclusion and accessibility I would be against that for sure. That’s like refusing to build a wheelchair ramp because someone else once made it up the stairs. I just don’t think that was OP’s intent.

When people bring him up they’re not using him to say it’s easy tho, just that it’s still possible. That’s something I agree with as well (excluding extreme cases).

@oneoffour_se @Hyaku_Giggi I guess I’m just having trouble seeing how “you can get better at this game if you’re determined enough to” is a weapon. That’s what using brolylegs as an example basically boils down to.

@EmperorBigD Also as grateful as I was for Toonami as a kid you couldn’t reliably ensure the TV was yours every Saturday night for DB/Z. Rather than hope the stars aligned and I got the TV during a night where it wasn’t filler, I just played the games, which never covered DB.
