I think I'm in that phase that comes once per year in which I wanna try Melee again

I really have the itch to compete this year so far. Not felt motivated like this in years. Hope to go to quite a few OOR events and maybe an OOC event this year.

@OctavePac Whats your view on the steve/shulk mus, I feel theres not much pacman can do against them espcially at high level.

Been a while. Loosely ordered within tiers. Still a strong character but one that has struggled over the last few years as the meta has progressed.

@Peet3us I think you’re slightly more of an optimist than I am but I can understand reasoning for most of these placements. The only big disagreement I have is ZSS, I feel neutral is so awkward against her and honestly might be a bottom 5 disadvantage state for Pac. What’s your take?

Wanted to express my thoughts on Pac-Man in the current meta. He can win most mu's in the game I feel, however theres some which I believe require a counterpick. It is unfortunate that these are quite common mu's too. Top 25/20. Roughly ordered
