تشرّفت بلقاء قائد الجيش، العماد رودولف هيكل، حيث جرى البحث في الأوضاع الراهنة والتحديات التي يواجهها لبنان في هذه المرحلة الدقيقة. أكّدت خلال اللقاء دعمنا الكامل للمؤسسة العسكرية ودورها الأساسي في حماية الاستقرار وصون السلم الأهلي، في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد. الجيش اللبناني مصدر ثقة وفخر لكل اللبنانيين، ونعوّل عليه جميعاً لعبور هذه المرحلة. @LebarmyOfficial

توثيق هذه الانتهاكات ليس مجرد إجراء تقني، بل هو خطوة أساسية على طريق إحقاق العدالة والمساءلة، وشرط لازم لتمكين لبنان من الدفاع عن حقوقه وحقوق ضحاياه في المحافل الدولية @OmsarGov

في هذا العيد، ورغم هذه الظروف الصعبة، أتوجّه باسمي وباسم زملائي في وزارة الدولة لشؤون التنمية الإدارية بالمعايدة إلى اللبنانيين، وإلى أهلنا النازحين، وإلى كل بيت فتح أبوابه تضامنًا معهم، على أمل أن يأتي العيد المقبل في ظروف أفضل. في هذا الإطار، قمتُ أمس بجولة ميدانية على عدد من مراكز الإيواء في البترون وجبيل وغزير، حيث اطّلعت على أوضاع العائلات النازحة واستمعت إلى احتياجاتها والتحديات التي تواجهها يوميًا. وفي هذا اليوم، أكّدتُ أن الدولة اللبنانية، بكل مؤسساتها، تقف إلى جانب مواطنيها، ولا سيما النازحين، ملتزمةً إغاثتهم وصون كرامتهم وأمنهم، والعمل على وقف الحرب وتحييد لبنان، واستعادة كل شبر من أرض الوطن، وإعادة الإعمار، وتأمين العودة الآمنة لكل نازح إلى منزله. @OmsarGov

زيارة مؤثرة قمتُ بها اليوم، برفقة الزميلين الوزيرين د. ريما كرامي ود. بول مرقص، @DrPaulMorcos إلى عدد من مراكز الإيواء في المدارس الرسمية في بيروت التي تستضيف عائلات اضطرت إلى النزوح. أكدنا أن الدولة حاضرة، وتعمل بكل ما لديها من إمكانات وموارد لمواجهة هذه الأزمة الإنسانية والحد من تداعياتها على أهلنا. وشددنا على أننا لا نأتي اليوم كسياسيين، بل كمسؤولين في خدمة الناس، نضع كل طاقاتنا في سبيل دعمهم والوقوف إلى جانبهم. واطلعنا عن كثب على أوضاع العائلات واحتياجاتها، بما يعزّز الاستجابة المطلوبة في هذه المرحلة الدقيقة. ورغم قساوة الظروف، تبقى مسؤوليتنا صون كرامة أهلنا النازحين ومواكبة احتياجاتهم. ونؤكد أن الدولة، بكل مؤسساتها، مستمرة في القيام بواجبها، سواء في تأمين الإغاثة العاجلة أينما كانت الحاجة. كما يعمل رئيس الجمهورية والحكومة على وقف هذه الحرب بشتى الوسائل، بما يتيح عودة الأهالي إلى قراهم ومناطقهم بأمان، ووقف الاعتداءات، وبسط سلطة الدولة على كامل أراضيها. @OmsarGov

يرتكز عمل المختبر على: • إعادة تصميم الخدمات العامة مع المواطن • مساحة للتفكير الاستراتيجي والتشاركي بين المؤسسات • منصة للتحوّل الرقمي والتدخلات السلوكية القائمة على قياس الأثر أُطلق المختبر بتمويل من @EUinLebanon و @DKinLebanon، وبدعم من @UNDP_Lebanon.

افتتاح و اطلاق أول مختبر للابتكار السلوكي والتحوّل الرقمي في لبنان بدعم حكومي ودولي. برعاية دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء د . @nawafsalam ممثّلًا بنائب رئيس الحكومة د. طارق متري، افتتح د. @makkifadi مختبر الابتكار السلوكي والتحوّل الرقمي (BIND-LEB)، بحضور وزراء ونواب وسفراء وشركاء دوليين. يشكّل المختبر منصة وطنية لإعادة تصميم الخدمات العامة بالشراكة مع المواطن، عبر توظيف التحوّل الرقمي والعلوم السلوكية والنهج القائم على الأدلة لتبسيط الإجراءات وتعزيز النزاهة ورفع جودة الخدمة العامة.

Today we inaugurated the Behavioral, Innovation & Digital Transformation Lab (BIND-LEB) at @OmsarGov, a new platform to redesign public services around citizens’ real needs and remove sludge. Funded by @EUinLebanon, co-financed by @DKinLebanon, and supported by @UNDP_Lebanon, the Lab institutionalizes experimentation, behavioral insights, and digital tools within government. It also creates a space that fosters lateral and analog thinking. Under #Reinventing_Government_2030, we move from digitizing paperwork to reengineering processes, and from rigid procedures to adaptive systems. A new generation of behavioral insights units is born!

The Behavioral Innovation & Digital Transformation Lab at @OmsarGov was conceived precisely as you described it: a collaborative space where institutions come together to design, test, and refine better public solutions grounded in evidence and focused on citizens’ real needs - all in a modern setting that fosters innovation and creativity. With the generous support of @EUinLebanon and @DKinLebanon, this Lab translates the National Anti-Corruption Strategy into practical action and measurable improvements in service delivery. Within the framework of Reinventing Government 2030, we are embedding experimentation, behavioral insights, and digital transformation into the DNA of public administration, ensuring that governance is not only more transparent and accountable, but also more responsive, adaptive, and human-centered. Reform succeeds when institutions collaborate, when solutions are tested before scaled, and when citizens are placed at the heart of design making them real partners in co-creation of solutions. This Lab is a concrete step in that direction!
