The one in Shanghai was dominated by Yi Tong-hwi & his communist party members, who used the provisional government for communist purposes, receiving money (gold) from Lenin & instructions from the Communist International (Comintern). 3) Kim states that the ROK is "not a genuine democratic republic." North Korea claims it is a "democratic republic"--just look at its official name, although it's not. Meanwhile, the ROK constitution (1948/7/17) states it is indeed a democratic republic. Kim claims that unless full- time employees & part-time employees are "equal" (in what way?), then the ROK is not a real democracy & a republic. People who see the ROK as a freedom-based society don't talk like that. But those who look up to North Korea & China & their systems do.
