And don't tell me PPL is not good for prioritizing body parts, you just don't know how to program for shit. This is how I am prioritizing Chest, Delts, and Arms in this growth phase.

PPL is one of the best split designs ever made. Volume per session is lower than body-part-splits and you focus more on each body part compared to UL.

The Peptide Companion. Course 03. OptiLab Engine. Whop. Damn near everything you need to actually understand what you're running is already built and waiting. The only question is whether you want to keep guessing.

19 compounds is a lot of clarity to be missing. Especially if you're already using some of them.

19 compounds. 6 categories. One teaching method that makes all of it click. This is the most accessible advanced peptide education that exists.

19 compounds taught through analogies precise enough to make the mechanism obvious. That's what exists at OptiLab right now. If the content you've been consuming hasn't given you this, you know where to look.

Most content in this space cannot give you that. The Peptide Companion can. And the shit that makes it work isn't magic. It's just a different way of building the lesson.

Most peptide content online is either a dosing chart or someone's anecdotal stack. Neither one tells you the mechanism. Neither one makes it stick.
