So we've established that for a new collection. They shouldnt mint on eth and then try to burn to inscribe. Doesn't seem to have worked for any ordinal collections really

You can't have permissioned ordinal inscription smart contracts because there is no smart contract. You can't rug ordinal inscription image pointer links because there is no link. You can't alter unfrozen ordinal inscription metadata because there is no unfrozen metadata.
