It can read ps1 games which is nice but can't do anything on ps2 games. Since it's still sealed(unmoded) I don't want to open it and replace the lens. I will just use freemcboot

Got this used ps2 slim for only 10eu. Apparently it can't read any game disc. I'll try to clean the lens with iso alcohol to see if this fixes the problem. I have to get a power cable first though...

@sonoshiri Yeah I bought a freemcboot memory card. Since it's an unmoded ps2 slim it's perfect.

@_dwango I played once when I was a kid but gave up when I met the first(?) octopus. I don't know if there was a hint somewhere that tells you to go slow but I think a lot of kids were stuck on this part.

The first version of the PnP configuration tool is ready just in time for the sound card PCBs to arrive... Fingers crossed! One caveat: I still need to implement MPU test code... MIDI is kind of a hard file format to parse. :\
