We're aiming to make this year our 'greenest' yet!! Please bring your own water bottles - our checkpoints will have plenty of water and squash to top them up but ideally no cups. Thank you for helping us to look after the environment. #lovesuffolkcountryside

It's forecast to be a hot one!! 😎Please bring refillable water bottles with you, regularly hydrate, there will be water to top you up at each checkpoint and use plenty of sunscreen. Be kind to your body and take breaks along the route in the shade 🙏Thank You

The Orwell Challenge is officially One Week Away!!!! Online registration has now closed but you can still register at the event on the day from 6.30am (Runners) and 7am (walkers) at HQ Gainsborough Sports Club, Ipswich - see you there!!!!
