Everytime I got a new phone I bought a case for it at 5 Below and had no problems. When I got my current phone I got an @OtterBox case and, even though I have not dropped it as much as the others, the phone is cracked to pieces. I will not buy Otterbox products again.

@OtterBoxCS I think it was just a generic one off your website or in a store. Was a gift from my wife and kids.

@OtterBox this just started falling off last week. No damage done to it just flakes off. Only a year old. Who can I contact to get a replacement?

@ohlookatory We're sorry to hear that! Our cases are tough, but they're not 100% infallible in all drops or falls. We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device

@OtterBox I’m not complaining I’m just confused. I now have to replace an iPhone XS because the back shattered into bits after being dropped from 3 ft in an otterbox.. I thought the whole point of your product was for this to not happen.. not sure I’ll buy again 🤷🏼‍♀️disappointed
