Deeply sad news, a legend of community Rugby League who set so many players on the road to @SuperLeague stardom RIP Rocky

Today was a very sad day. Stephen Whitehead aka “The Rockstar” has sadly passed away. This picture sums him up greatly “a local hero”. That he was, no matter your age, gender or ability Rocky would always be there to help them into the world of Rugby League! RIP Rocky 😭🙏🏼😘

Very sad to hear of the passing of #rugbyleague legend Rocky Whitehead. Every club needs a heartbeat, a person who drives others on and makes things happen, for @OultonRaiders @OultonRaidersOA Rocky was just that. My thoughts are with his family, friends and everyone at the club.
