That doesn't mean he can't still use it... I made Navia with Lcryztalize for example before btw if that isn't clear enough 😟

@OurRielAngel @Timbernetor1 @genshinmains_ Stellar Swirl scales with EM and Stellar dmg% buffs while Varka and Prune scales with attack and standard DMG% bonus. It doesnt make sense that Varka will be a Stellar swirl DPS when Hexerei kits has been tailored for Standard DMG bonus buffs like the hexerei support set.

But still, that would mean Varka has 2 competitive elemen in the future. That makes him versatile and wouldn't be wrong to call it 'stronger'. Idk why u whining bout it when it's a win
