Never and I mean never purchase a thing from @PCRichardandSon !!!!! 2 weeks of run arounds trying to get them to file an insurance claim for water damage, stolen parts from their installers and nasty customer service!!!

@PCRichardandSon. Customer service is terrible. I bought a refrigerator and paid for an 8-year warranty. The refrigerator breaks down all the time. It's expensive for them to wash their hands of it and only provide repair service when it breaks

@PCRichardCare @PCRichardandSon I called the 800 number. They want me to wait for FRIGIDAIRE to ok the exchange. I bought a n extended warranty THE unit is lesN than 6 months old! defective. I EXPECT FULL REFUND INCLUDING MY WARRANTY and I should not have to wait 3-5 days

@PCRichardCare - how can you allow a customer to wait four months to have a stove repaired? Today again tech arrived totally unprepared to repair our stove. I was made aware by the repair department that it was entered as a new call. Technician was only here to troubleshoot.

If you own a home in NYC and need new appliances go to @PCRichardandSon. If you need carpet installed find a mom and pop shop that does it. Just don’t trust @HomeDepot to do it. I’ll still buy my lumber and tools there but that’s it!

I never use @HomeDepot for any kind of installation anymore after several terrible experiences where the workers sent to do the job find reasons why they can’t do it. Not sure if it’s HD policy scaring them or just lazy workers but I’m sick of it.
