Aaaand an update: this has been removed from the agenda, since it doesn’t have unanimous support.

For those curious, the city's once-dead graffiti ordinance (which sticks offenders w/ jail time) was brought back to life for Portland's final city council mtg of the year tomorrow, as a request by incoming DA Vasquez. Bckgrnd here by @sophiegreenleaf wweek.com/news/2024/10/1…

A county spokesperson said the project does not include a good neighbor agreement because it's not in a residential area. But some neighbors think the neighborhood deserves a say.
