The grande finale was given by @iamalexabraham who also recently handed in his thesis and is waiting to defend. His chromstin polymer model gave us new insights into the co-existence of loop-extrusion and phase-separation at the single molecule level to shape chromatin folding.

In the afternoon, we had a career workshop discussing ones ‘purpose’ with the amazing Djahane from Align Coaching. Thinking about the future –especially in a time when we are coming to the end of our PhD jouney­– can be scary. Now we are facing this new challenge with curiosity🤩
