@nickythegood Yeah because no one ever mocks a player that leaves one team to go to another… have you seen Islanders fans with John Tavares and the Maple Leafs the first few years there?

According to reports, NFL reporter Diana Russini is now looking ahead rather than back, with her attention firmly on what comes next. What should her next position be?

@DrHistoryBrad Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan are swing states (for now) and will not do anything. California…go ahead with your dummymander, 10+ republicans will beat your dummymandered maps

@PMXC04 @realboshek From 2018-now he’s been exactly a league average bat lmao.

I just can't and won't buy the George Lombard hype Sorry...... but the Yankees completely lost my trust with how they overhype their top prospect (Schlittler and Rice had no hype.... so don't go there)

@yankeesfan8209 @realboshek Because it’s not 10 average years. He’s below average. He was highly touted because of his bat. His defense still trash. His bat is at or below average across the board and has been since 2018.

@PMXC04 @realboshek Just getting on base more doesn’t make that guy a better overall hitter. Poseys OPS was 46 points lower. That’s a pretty huge gap. Literally bigger than the OBP difference. And refuse to see what? 10 average years makes any non top 5ish overall prospect not a bust lmao.

@yankeesfan8209 @realboshek Agree to disagree. He wasn’t what he was hyped up to be that’s my point. You don’t agree, we’ll never agree and that’s fine

@PMXC04 @realboshek Any individual year doesn’t matter when talking about the overall results in a time frame. “You clearly undervalue 2 elite years, 2 awful years and a meh year” is the same and also wrong thing lmao. Also, that meh year has him as still a top tier catcher in the sport lmao.

@macetalk It’s called a new start here. By no means am I suggesting the Giants win the East. But they will be a team in contention for a playoff spot this year. Daboll was not a good head coach. 2022 was the aberration.

@yankeesfan8209 @realboshek I’m not discounting it. But again, Posey was the better hitter. Got on base more. Sanchez hit more homers. Again, he had 2 elite years with 10 years of meh to go with it. You refuse to see it, but that’s reality

@PMXC04 @realboshek Why would you try to discount the best way to score runs lmao. BA and OBP is not a better judge of a hitters ability than OPS, wOBA, or wRC+ lmao. It’s not just “in my mind and in the mind of analytics” lmao. It is better. It’s not debatable.

@PMXC04 @realboshek More consistent, sure, but not better. Definitely a lot closer than Posey though lmao.

@yankeesfan8209 @realboshek Consistent absolutely does mean better. Take away 2016 and 2017 from Sanchez and he isn’t even in the conversation for any of it. Take away Contreras’ best 2 years and he’s still in the conversation

@yankeesfan8209 @realboshek Again… batting average and on base percentage edge Posey, not even close either. But like I said, Sanchez hit more homers. Which in your mind and the mind of analytics = better hitter. Posey struck out at a much lower percentage, they walked at about the same rate.

@PMXC04 @realboshek If you can’t read the simple numbers that very clearly show Sanchez was the better hitter then idk what you’re even doing here. This discussion is pointless because you can’t even base what you’re saying in reality. The numbers are the numbers. It’s not up for debate lmao.
