Epic Games should unban everyone who has been banned in Fortnite to date, even if they've broken any terms or conditions, and not just the cheaters. That's unfair shit. Everyone should be given a second chance, but if they make the same mistake again, they could be banned forever

from what i know about the fortnite unban, it wont be update based. When youre banned, your game isnt patched into a banned version, your hardware serials are sent into a blacklist folder, and you receive a ban cache. If they unban us, itll be through a serial number not a patch
