Indian anti-vaxxers are LW because pro-vaxx is RW in India. You don't hear about the Indian anti-vaxxers because the LW aren't in power as much + selective international reporting. Additionally, vaccines had such a positive impact in post-independence India so Indians are more receptive to them.
