The True Meaning of Fellowship Matthew 18:20 "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

True fellowship is not about attending a large building filled with crowds, but about connecting with genuine believers who love God and stand for truth. We can gather anywhere—even in our homes—because the Church is people, not a place.

Many people misunderstand what the Bible means when it says, "Do not neglect to meet together." They think it means: You must go to the big building. You must sit in the crowd. You must be part of the system. ⬇️

He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever: Holy and awesome is His name.

When God commands, there is no possibility of retraction, amendment, or failure on His part. It expresses His unwavering purpose and commitment. What He has commanded, He will uphold. It is firm. (Psalm 111:9) ⬇️

@LeeMills393918 Amen! They are victims of darkness storing up wrath against themselves (Romans 2:5). Pity is the right heart, not anger, for they don't realize they are fighting against God. 🙏❤️

What has really helped me in this area is to truly understand the reality of "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do". The people who do us dirty are truly hurting themselves much more than they are hurting us. I've come to pity them more than anything else because of this understanding.

Loving an enemy requires dying to self. You have to kill your pride, your anger,& your desire for revenge. That is why it is hard — it is a spiritual battle against your own flesh. It requires great self-control & faith to trust God to be the Judge, while you choose to be kind.

@xcfastdude That is exactly why we need GRACE. Jesus suffered the worst injustice, never heard an apology, yet trusted the Father who judges righteously. 1 Peter 2:21-23 🙏

@PW4Jesus I believe the faithful face difficulties and it is not contradictory. I would like to point you to Hebrews 11, the recounting of the faithful (I can only imagine their path) and then to Hebrews 13:5-6. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Also Psalm 91. I am praying for you.

Question : Why is it that people of faith, who genuinely do good for their neighbors, sometimes reap bad things despite their good actions, contradicting the scripture that 'what you sow, you reap'?
