Great day out with the RAF Cadets today! I was so impressed to see how confident, articulate and thoughtful these young people are. Thanks to the RAF and all the adult volunteers for making this happen. This is opportunity and social mobility in action! Really proud to announce a 30% increase in Cadets by 2030 as an investment in our young people and in the nation as a whole. Keep smashing it!!

Honoured to have been at the #VE80concert with the @aircadets from the @CCFcadets in @CERegionRAFAC to have thanked and, in the spirit of VE Day, partied alongside, our remaining WWII veterans 🫡 A fantastic experience for all involved. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

On Sunday we witness determined cadets battle it out for the Royal Air Squadron Trophy. It was a great day with a tremendous amount of effort poured into it by cadets, CFAVs, school workers, museum workers and more. Watch below 👇
