Ambassador Shehryar Akbar Khan visited today Embassy of Algeria in Prague to sign condolence book on the sad passing of former President Liamine Zeroual.

Ambassador Shehryar Akbar Khan held a meeting with Ms. Vladimíra Hirsh, Head of the South and South-East Asia Unit, Department of Asia & Pacific. Discussions revolved around various aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Shehryar Akbar Khan met with Mr. Tomáš Kuchta, Director General (Economic and Science Diplomacy) at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 25 March 2025. Discussions revolved around strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of economic and science diplomacy.

Ambassador Shehryar Akbar Khan called on Deputy Foreign Minister Ms. Marie Chatardová on 27 March 2026 and discussed bilateral relations.

Embassy of Pakistan in Prague commemorated Pakistan Day by organizing a flag hoisting ceremony. The Ambassador hoisted the national flag, while messages of the President and Prime Minister were read. The ceremony was attended by a large number of Pakistani community members.

Ambassador Shehryar Akbar khan visited the Diplomatic Academy of the Czech Republic on 17 March and called on Director Ms. Dana Kovaříková. He also had a productive meeting with Advisor Mr. Tomáš Smetánka, discussing avenues for deeper diplomatic cooperation.
