I read the @quipnetwork whitepaper today. They’re clearly focused on the quantum side. There are several approaches like Quip vaults, dual-layer security, protection without changing the network, mandatory quantum signatures, and Canary Nodes. The quantum part is not simple. If you’re not into physics, most of it stays pretty surface level, so it’s better to learn the fundamentals separately instead of relying only on the project. On the crypto side, one of the easiest parts to grasp is the Quip vaults. You can think of them as secure structures that combine quantum algorithms with digital signatures. On the dual layer security side, they don’t abandon proven systems like Elliptic Curve Cryptography. Instead, they combine them with post quantum methods like WOTS . So they’re trying to secure both the present and the future at the same time. For signatures, the system requires quantum resistant signatures, and without them, accessing the funds isn’t possible. Overall, the idea is heading in the right direction, but with projects like this, execution is what really matters.

sorry frens. this is a self-shill so i can get hired & survive till mega dominates the earth. but you might get a thing or two from reading. <3 quick recap on my last two roles:- 1) makina. which you probably know me for. I did a truly great job here - so great most people thought we paid KOLs (see DMs below) 😅 my main value prop to the team was helping makina penetrate what i’d like to call “creator retail” - people who’re able use the product & create content about said product to help gain mindshare at the time, seeing creators help a project gain mindshare was rare without incentives aligned in that direction (Infofi campaigns basically) so what did I do? Makina was to run a pre-deposit campaign offering points, tickets + yield - my job was to help creators who made money from Infofi, realize they could make more money from Makina. It was that simple. It was a creative role i identified from noticing how KOL deals had been decentralized thereby creating a new class of rich people - these rich people were/are creators who earned from infofi campaigns - but idle capital eventually gets used so i had to make them see the money banquet would eventually run out so it’s best to position for more the results? • over $100M TVL in the pre-deposit plus • oversubscribed the ICO by 3.6X ($5.4M in deposits) of course, this was a team effort but my role in making sure they got creators who went beyond users to active voices was well done! i even managed to get a few truly big names on board! I also helped do this at megaeth (though unofficially) - most active contributors on megaeth today came via my own contributions. 2) at Debellum - I functioned mainly as content lead which naturally intersects with handling community.
