Before and after 22-year-old Texas college student Jacqueline Durand was mauled by 2 dogs she had to walk. The dogs tore off and ate both of her ears, nose, lips and most of her face below the eyes. She had over 800 bites, resulting in permanent disfigurement.

You cannot successfully compel the 11th circuit to recuse a judge for managing pre-trial proceedings at a snail’s pace. Unless you can prove the judge is doing it intentionally to favor the defendant. Or getting coached by a third party e.g. a grown man who shops for his wardrobe at the Baby Gap. We’ve hit the inevitable fork in the road. Either scorch the earth or let things play out to get his other trials lined up. Stay tuned.
