We are super excited to welcome our Year 1-6 pupils back tomorrow! School gates open at 8:40am and close at 8:50am. Children will be in uniform as they get to know their teachers and new routine (no PE kit please!)

@BJRSchool @WoodlandTrust Wonderful. What about if each of the pupils could plant their own tree, that would be amazing. And possibly decorate it with their name tags for the sense of ownership and belonging to the school.

The first stage in developing our forest school has begun! 253 trees planted (thank you @WoodlandTrust!) which is one for every pupil and member of staff @BJRSchool. We still have some trees to plant, along with some spring bulbs. Keep an eye out for #VolunteerOpportunities!
