@EmichiY115 I think that if you do hire early (like I did) it's best to also be transparent about your expectations and your timeline.
I have my outlines available to them (not my scripts yet since I gotta transfer docs) but I try my best to keep them in the know.

Like, I had so many projects in mind just to forget them or throw them away cause I got bored or just didnt have the energy to continue it. You dont know if you change your mind or not. Hire only if you actually manage to make most of the content for your project.

As someone who wants to finish my script and have designs ready before hiring, I genuinely dont understand why people want to hire early.
You dont even know if you can mentally continue the project or not, you'll just waste everyone's time like this.

There's alot of talk about people who hire vas early and I'm sitting here scratching my butt trying to not go "but but but I basically TRIPPED and BUMPED INTO A VA who then MADE THE CCC and and and..." because UPP doesn't have a full script and it's outline isn't done yet.
