Habits that have a high rate of return in life:
- sleeping 8+ hours each day
- lifting weights 3x week
- going for a walk each day
- saving at least 10 percent of your income
- reading every day
- drinking more water and less of everything else

Its Day 11 of trend in #ES_F. Yesterday, my final target off 5612 was was 5651 and we hit it 3 times now: 11am, 2pm & just now. Just keep holding those long runners here until it ends. No change: 5662, 5672, 5680+ next if ES wants. 5630 (weak), 5615=support. We sell<5615 only

Levels continue to respect precisely in #ES_F, as we reset after 8 green days. 5629 was key support today with fail triggering to 5615. We hit 5615, bounced to 5629, sold to 5615, flushed, now back at 5629. All chop 5615-29
5636, 5650 when base breaks. 5615 fails, we see 5604

Level to level precision continues. In uptrends, support failures trigger dips. 5629 was support as posted, with fail triggering to 5615 1st target. We hit 5615, rallied to 5629. Always lock in gains lvl to lvl No change. In order to resume up, 5629 must clear. 5604 below 5615

Great follow through to start in #ES_F. Today's first target off 5629 support was 5642, and just tagged it. As I've warned constantly, nothing to do but just keep riding those longs until a support fails. Lock in here, let a runner go. 5650, 5667 next if ES wants.

Yesterday, 5629 was my major target and #ES_F certainly agrees: We've now been basing out right since 4pm yesterday. As posted, little to do but just hold long runners until a sell hits No change. 5629 (weak), 5615=supports. Keeps 5642, 5650, 5667 live. 5615 fails, dip 5604

@AdamMancini4 I got in 5585 and then we had that nasty wick down and back up that stopped me out at 10:15. I need to study the NL more to work on my entries. The rest of the day they were cleaner. Do you set you stop at the next level down @AdamMancini4 ?

Long continuing to pay out as we work up the targets. At 8am I gave two targets for today: 5595, 5604, and #ES_F hit by noon. This opened up the next batch, which were to be handled via runners as posted: 5615, then 5629.
5629 is decent res before 5650. No sell until 5572 fails

The grind up continues in #ES_F. I gave two targets for today with any extra being bonus for runners to handle: 5595 (hit), 5604 (hit to the tick, we then spent 2hrs basing below and cleared). As posted, 5615, 5629 are next. Just ride runners now. No sell *until supports fail*

CPI Chop continued in #ES_F. After a quick pop to 5473 first target, I warned that 5450-5470 was "pure, 100% noise. Overtrade here, get chopped up". After 6 or 7 tests of 5450, we are now pushing to 5443-38 next down
Weaker zone. Bulls need fast relaim of 5450 here, or 5414 next

Choppy post-CPI reaction in #ES_F. 5472 was first target today and we hit, dipped to 5450, now chopping. 5450-5470 is just pure, 100% noise. Overtrade here, get chopped up. 5450, 5443-38 remain supports. Must hold to keep 5473, 5495, 5510 live. 5438 fails, we get a needed sell

First dip in #ES_F after Friday's 65 point run. My target for Friday was 5378 and this zone remains stubborn resistance. No change for the day: 5338-42 was resistance all last week, and is now support this week on dips. 5324 below
5363 must reclaim to pop to 5372, 5378, 5400+

Friday was important in #ES_F: We cleared the 5338-42 brick wall resistance, after holding all week. My 1st breakdown target was 5378 on Friday, still here. Now, 5338-42 is support this week. No change. 5363 (already tested), 5338-42=supports. Keeps 5400, 5414+ live. Sell<5338

For me the biggest difference between profitable and unprofitable trading is profitable is boring and repetitive; unprofitable is exciting and varied. When I make the most, it is the same setups, with the same risk, managed exactly the same (often at the same times) over and over

It doesn't get more precise than that in #ES_F: Today's final target as provided in my yesterdays newsletter and all day today every hour was 5338-42. We hit 5342 to the tick and flushed 30 points.
Whether this dip gets bought determines the next 2 weeks. 5300, 5274=supports

Its been incredible follow through as we push towards my 5338-42 daily target. I wrote at 4pm yesterday that this short squeeze would target 5338-42 off 5191 support, and we are getting close now +130 points in #ES_F. Just ride runners now, all bonus. React at 5338-42, then 5378

Pin point precision in #ES_F: I posted 5148 was support, and 5198 had to reclaim to trigger to 5253+. We held 5146, reclaimed 5198, then squeezed to 5254 high of day. As warned *do not be greedy with profits today*
5193-98 must hold to keep 5253, 5274-76 live. Sell again below
