Honey & Henry 🐾
Saved from the dog meat trade along with the other dogs in this video. Most rescued dogs never make it out of China. Honey & Henry did. Now they’re safe, loved, and thriving. #DogMeatTrade

Ally, another of our brave dog meat trade survivors. Ally is another very sweet soul who has been waiting far too long. Sadly many of our dogs remain in China for extended periods even after being rescued, simply because flights, funding and available places are so limited.

Shadow is official a foster fail and has been adopted 🥳 Brave shadow was rescued in 2021 from a dog meat truck, spending over 4 years in a Chinese shelter 😭 Finally her chance came and now she has a family to call her own

@Donna14634857 Largely due to the pandemic, none of our dogs could leave china for 3 years as we rely on flight volunteers and the boarders were closed. When they reopened we had a massive amount of dogs to rehome. Costs to send dogs abroad are high and adoptions are lower these days.

We’re so happy to share an update on sweet Lillian, our gentle senior poodle mix rescued from a dog butcher now living in Germany. (The black pug Bobby was saved too and is happily adopted in the UK.) #DogMeatTrade #DogMeatTradeSurvivor
