This was a weird experience

$4 toll with $100 fee in less than 4 days is robbery Here are a few other issues. 1. Customer service dispute phone line is "NOT IN SERVICE" 2. User cannot dispute a violation if they go below threshold 3. User has to pay for a violation before disputing it and make account positive if negative but then cannot dispute 4. User cant dispute with vehicle on account: "The license plate(s) you are attempting to add already exists on your account." 5. Users cant trust Ezpass with autopay out of fear of overcharges. User has to spend 45 minutes on hold to dispute with a customer service rep to have fees waved.

Mailed tolls don't even arrive that fast. Where is the consumer protection? #ezpass #classaction
