@ClairPhillipsPE Definitely incorporate some practical with this one. Lots of rugby kicking videos demonstrating visualisation. Split the group paper toss if I’m a classroom. Group 1 get 2 mins mental prep time before throwing, group 2 have to stand and throw straight away. Record the benefits.
