🌪️ Zaheer gained airbending as an adult and became incredibly skilled in a short time, but could he have defeated Tenzin in a fair one-on-one fight? ⚔️

Why was he ao hated for bedding Rhaenyra? She was the one that came on him.

People don’t hate him just for the act itself, it’s more about the wider context. Even if Rhaenyra initiated it, he was older, more experienced, and in a position of influence, so fans still read it through a power-dynamics lens. Also, in Westerosi politics, perception matters more than who ‘started it

I’ve noticed many fans blame only Alicent or Otto, but the Dance truly began when Viserys remarried, had sons, and still refused to settle the succession clearly. Do you agree Viserys created the succession crisis ?

Yes, I think Viserys bears a huge share of the blame. By remarrying and having sons while still insisting Rhaenyra was his heir, he created two competing claims to the throne. Instead of clearly resolving the issue through law, abdication, or political compromise, he largely ignored the growing tensions and hoped his family would simply get along. Alicent and Otto certainly played their roles, but Viserys' indecision laid the foundation for the Dance.

That's exactly what confuses me. The bond between Targaryens and their dragons is shown repeatedly throughout the series. Syrax reacting to Rhaenyra's pain and Vhagar refusing to burn Laena are clear examples. Blaming Rhaenyra alone for the dragons' extinction ignores the fact that the Dance was a conflict involving multiple factions and decisions on both sides. The dragons were ultimately destroyed by a war the entire Targaryen dynasty helped create.

Targaryen women and their dragons were connected in ways most fans ignore. Syrax screamed in agony during Rhaenyra’s labor. Vhagar refused to burn Laena. Yet somehow Rhaenyra is the one blamed for the dragons extinction?

I don't think people give Iroh a pass because of one good act or dragon tea. The difference is that Iroh acknowledged his mistakes, changed his beliefs, and spent years trying to make amends. Ozai never showed remorse, while Azula's story ended before she had the chance for a true redemption arc. Redemption isn't about erasing the past. it's about recognizing your wrongs and choosing a different path."

If Iroh gets a pass, why do we drag Ozai and Azula so hard? I got my own POV tho... he led the siege of Ba Sing Se and was complicit in the 100 Year War's atrocities before his "redemption." Does One good act and dragon tea doesn't erase that?

Hate Cersei all you want, but she had the spine and ruthlessness required to sit the Iron throne.

Cersei definitely had the ruthlessness to take the Iron Throne, but ruling requires more than fear and ambition. Her paranoia, short-sighted decisions, and tendency to alienate allies ultimately weakened her reign. She was great at gaining power, but not necessarily at keeping it."

Why do some fans reduce Hinata’s character to her admiration for Naruto Uzumaki instead of recognizing her individuality?

Because many fans focus only on her crush on Naruto and overlook the other parts of her character. Hinata had her own struggles, growth, and goals—she overcame her lack of confidence, stood up to her family, and became stronger through her own determination, not just because of Naruto.

Korra spent months trying to be the leaf and learn airbending, and these guys just got it from nowhere. Even the universe mocks her.
