RD Paolo has completed the course inspection. We are good to go. He reports it is a beautiful morning although windy and fresh. Trail shoes advised and we will be on the bridle path.

Thanks to all who joined us yesterday for our 15th Birthday and 666th event! Thanks to everyone who volunteered and made the event possible. Big congratulations to those who celebrated milestones, including two volunteering milestones V25 and V100!

💜 A huge thank you to everyone who supports Pennington Flash parkrun! 💜 Today we’ve replaced the battery and pads in our defib, helping us keep the event safe. These items need to be refreshed regularly as they have expiry dates and we couldn’t do it without your generosity.
