@dkaushik96 @penguins Hi Divyansh! Thanks for your feedback - unfortunately all our rules are pre set before the season and we cannot legally change them during the program period. We'll take this into consideration for the future.

@penguins You know, for those who don't have enough points to redeem anything, you should maybe allow an option to donate #PensPoints to charity. Lots of people who would have a few hundred points, add them all and that's a substantial donation.

@cmangel1442 Hi Christie! We ship out all of the prizes - Pens Gear has no associated with the program so none of the items are available in store or for pick up.

@PensPoints If you use your points for merchandise, does it need picked up today also? Or does that just reserve it for you to pick up at a later time?
