Interesting to me watching some of these results; when you remove aerodynamics, beyond very basic surface area calcs, the results change. I’ve always suspected Evenepoel wasn’t an overly powerful rider at the pro level, but he is very aerodynamically efficient for his mass.

When cueing athletes during strength training, it is common to instruct them to lift "as fast as possible." However, when we are able to measure and provide feedback about bar speeds, it may be a better approach to provide a challenging but attainable target.
