There have been a number of discoveries along the way of my son’s basketball journey. Once such memory was taking him to the gym and putting him on the vertimax for the first time. Everyone stop and started watching him work. Who knew.

I want the guy the can overcome his mind telling him to quit. I want the guy that’s going to fight and not quit just because it got hard. These are lesson that will serve him well beyond the basketball court. Mental toughness is preparing him to face life challenges

It’s officially done. Interesting @shields_myles signing his letter of intent with his underrated T-shirt from @stephencurry30 @underrated camp. These camps were awesome because it more than basketball the camps were more like an event.

Wake up early go workout, shower recover, then the afternoon strength and conditioning work, shower and recover, then it's the evening skills session. Shower, recover, eat, sleep. Wake up the next day and repeat.
