chat of some kind or at bare minimum have this information be public more than 2 weeks before the event. Things like this do make attendees uncomfortable and upset to where they do not feel safe to attend which is the last thing we want in the FGC. This has been an issue with 10/

Alright, #TXS26 is over and I had a great time. There's a few things I want to address though to make next year better. I think Showdown staff put in a good attempt to make do the room we have and addressing the venue may be worthwhile but I will leave that to other folks. 1/11
