@PhacultyPrince Not just my statement oo that’s how the football world reputable firms rank him you can check transfer market 2025 list of top coaches

I strongly disagree.@thekingadjor Mikel Arteta is widely regarded as a top-tier coach in Europe today, often placed just behind proven serial winners like Carlo Ancelotti and Pep Guardiola. By 2025/26 metrics, he’s consistently ranked among the elite, even top 2 in some performance-based analyses. So the idea that “no big club will hire him” is entirely false Top clubs don’t just look at trophies. They look at: Squad building Tactical identity Ability to compete at the highest level Arteta checks all three. We’ve seen this before: Mauricio Pochettino built a project at Tottenham Hotspur F.C. without trophies and still got Paris Saint-Germain F.C.. Vincent Kompany got Bayern Munich based on style and profile, not trophies. Even elite managers have struggled against Guardiola. Jürgen Klopp, one of the greatest ever, won just one Premier League despite being phenomenal. So why is Arteta judged differently? If Arteta goes to a club like PSG, are they suddenly not winning Ligue 1? That’s unrealistic. We’ve also seen: Xavi Hernández go from Al Sadd SC to FC Barcelona Julen Lopetegui get Real Madrid C.F. without a stacked club CV Otto Addo got black Stars job Liam Rosenior got Chelsea too So the logic is simple: Elite coaching isn’t judged by trophies alone, it’s judged by impact, identity, and level. And Arteta is already operating at that level.
