@Phase_Eight why does it take so long to get returns processed? A package delivered to you on the 11/4 won’t be processed till 28/4 and the the money 3-5 days later! Disgraceful

Still absolutely disgusted by the treatment of @Phase_Eight yesterday , 8 hrs of being pushed around for an overdue refund that’s now still going to be 3-5 day! #appaulingcustomerservice

@pinktrackies I apologise you were not refunded with in the 14 working day time frame, this is not the high level of service you should expect from us. I can see we have now refunded you for this return.

@Phase_Eight despite numerous emails I’m still waiting on a refund since mid march. Is this customer service? I think not. Absolutely disgraceful.

@Phase_Eight just received my new phase eight dress and it looked some one scrunched it in the packaging. Arrived all creases and the pleats ruined. Very disappointed

@JudeVickers @Phase_Eight @PhaseEightPR @DHLParcelUK Had v similar thing Christmas & all I ordered was a gift voucher. Between Phase Eight and Evri order was completely messed up. Ordered in plenty of time. Like you will never order from them again.
