16 years later and your "Affordable" Care Act is still failing Americans. You promised "if you like your plan/doctor, you can keep it". THIS WAS A HUGE LIE! Millions lost coverage in 2013-14. Premiums doubled+ in the individual market post-2014, choices shrank, deductibles skyrocked. Now in 2026? Enhanced subsidies expired, premiums are up 114% on average for subsidized folks (KFF), marketplace sign-ups dropped 1-1.5M from 2025's 24M to ~23M or less (CMS), effectuated enrollment is falling further as people can't pay. This is a fragile, subsidy-dependent mess that jacks up costs when the federal money dries up. Time to admit it. ACA FAILED MISERABLY OBUMMER!
