@Pic_Help why can't my wife go in and pick up her new membership card? Told her twice she couldn't. The number isn't on the emails when you join for some reason so didn't have that to hand. Has left a bad taste! Why is it so difficult?! Arrgghh.

@rowkz Hey Tim, if you try logging out of your account and following the renewal process. You will then be prompted to sign into your account to complete the renewal, this should work for you😊

@Conway85Mike Hi Mike, we are experiencing a slight delay with emails currently but a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. Our membership phone line does not have a hold menu so will continue to ring whilst you are in the queue, the team will pick up as soon as they can
