The way I see it, most people’s reactions are going to be like this. She clearly enjoys it in her first time and she even declares she’s going to go out and get one today. I am looking forward to this being the standard here in the States hopefully soon. I think this would be a step forward in how we overall take care of ourselves and could open doors for other healthier options as well. I am convinced its popularity will soon spread due to the availability of them now and the price. This just makes me wonder why more people haven’t adapted to this.

P.E. in the ‘60s was actual physical activity to keep them healthy. Today’s P.E. classes are to babysit the kids for an hour. Did you know that in some states you can opt your child out of P.E. classes for many different reasons?

Ephesians 6:12 NIV "For our struggle is not against flesh and and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that many of the battles we face are deeper than what appears on the surface. Sometimes we think our struggle is only with people, circumstances, fear, stress, or disappointment. But Paul teaches that there is also a spiritual battle taking place. This verse is not meant to make us afraid- it is meant to make us aware. God does not leave His people defenseless. Just a few verses later, Paul tells believers to put on the full armor of God. Why? Because spiritual battles require spiritual strength. The enemy often tries to attack through discouragement, division, temptation, lies and fear. But God gives us truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, His Word, and prayer so we can stand firm. When you feel overwhelmed remember: . Prayer is a weapon. . God's Word is strength. . Faith is protection. . Jesus has already won the victory. We are not called to fight alone or in our own power. We are called to stand strong in the Lord. What helps you stay spiritually strong during difficult seasons- prayer, worship, Scripture, or something else?
